Shipping Policy

All fireworks are sold on the premise that they will be used or sold in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. Any dispute arising will be litigated in Lansing, Michigan.

• No Shortages will be accepted without being marked on the Bill of Lading (freight document).
• All damages or tampered cases must be marked on the Bill of Lading.
• Open Boxes or missing tape must be marked on the Bill of Lading.

Retail Orders:
There is a minimum order amount of $400 which includes FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $400 may be picked up after verifying availability at one of our locations. All retail orders will come in brown boxes with tamper resistant tape. Customers need to inspect the box and tape before signing the Bill of Lading. Please note any cuts, damages or missing product.

Wholesale Orders:
All wholesale orders will be shipped on pallets. The merchandise will be wrapped in black shrink wrap. Any pallets received without this black wrap must be noted on the Bill of Lading.

All of this is necessary because of the value of fireworks.
Occasionally when being transferred between shipping terminals your fireworks may be sitting in an area where they are illegal. This makes them highly desirable. While this is not the norm, the customer needs to insure that they have received their full order. We cannot help you with shortages if they are not marked on the Bill of Lading.
