I recently placed an order with Big Fireworks. My order consisted of case quantities in which I plan to use for a New Year's Eve Midnight Display. I would like to thank Tom Norris for all his help with the ordering process. I can imagine how busy he must be this time of year, but he always seemed in good spirit and was always willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I really do appreciate his patience, and I feel that he is 100% dedicated to customer service. About 95% of my order was in stock at the time of my purchase. Instead of fine tuning my items, I gave Tom the go ahead to substitute any outs with similar value. He did an outstanding job, and I feel that I received a great value in my order. I have tried out many of the items in my order and feel that BigFireworks supplies quality fireworks at an outstanding price. I will definitely do business with you guys in the future. Hey Eric,
This is Dave & Steve. We lit our order this past Saturday. Well most of it. It was absolutely unreal. We learned a lot with the wiring this round so next year will be even better. Most of our "timing" was pretty good but a few delays and slow spots... etc.
All in all... it was ridiculous though. Some guy who lives directly across the river drove 10 minutes to find Steve's house so he could ask what company he hired to do the fireworks. What company he had hired... really nothing else needs to be said. Your product's rule.
Liquid Crystal was unreal! I wish that 2nd one had made it. Next year I need at least 4 put aside for us. Big Sexy and the 4 pack pro were really great buys as well. Thanks for the recommendation.

Awesome fireworks! Bright colors and BIG BOOMS!!! Myself, and my friends were VERY pleased and excited with these fireworks!!! we had a big turnout for these fireworks and the neighbors did not know what to think. I often got the comment of these fireworks being as good as the professional fireworks!!!

I just wanted to let you all know that I received delivery of my $1000 order with your company and I am very please thus far. Your sales associates on the phone were very helpful and courteous. Your website is very user friendly, especially the videos you have of the products in action. The delivery company you use provided excellent tracking, and they were fast too (4 days ship to doorstep & <10 from ordering). Although they could have realized it was a residential delivery and brought a smaller truck. We had to download from the 18-wheeler onto my pick-up down the street. If that’s the only hiccup, I have no complaints though.
If the product is as good as the service, you can defiantly expect repeat business from me and a great referral. I’ll also be sure to provide you with product feedback on your website after what I’m sure will be a great show.

Thanks for the price list and catalog. What an awesome selection!! Your prices are very nice and you have a lot of unique items. You wouldn't happen to have any Washington shipments I could piggy back on would you. You have a lot of interesting items I would like to try out. I am not looking for freebies but would love to try some of your name-brand products. I have heard they are very good but they are not available here to my knowledge.

I am also thrilled to see how much World Class you carry. I was just at a shoot last weekend and they shot many WC products. I was blown away at how good the 200gm items are and the 500gm stuff was awe inspiring. I have been dying to try March or Die but it is not easy to find out here.

I also hear Megabanger product is first rate and this brand is also hard to find here.

Your reloadable selection is also first rate!! I love WC Super Magnums and I have heard Megabanger liberty shells are similar to the Super Magnums.

I am currently planning on going retail next season. It is good to find such an excellent selection at reasonable pricing. I decided not to do it this year due to a heavy workload.

Anyway... let me know if you have anything heading out my way... I may ask if I could throw a small selection of your product on. I would not be getting enough to justify shipping costs just for me since I would want single items to try. This year I will be putting on a private show for select friends and fellow hobbyists. My local Pyro Bud owns a successful seasonal retail biz here in Long Beach WA. He will be attending my shoot. It would be nice to surprise him with some stuff he has not seen? I plan to e-fire the show using twenty stations of chain fused racks and cake boards. I have special ordered 30 cases for the occasion... mainly Victory Pyroking, Brothers, and Cannon. All good stuff.

I received my order and Holly cow that's a lot of fireworks. I'm very impressed with "Go Big" assortment. Now if I can wait till the 4th to light them off lol. I'm in Washington state U.S.A. and there is no were near here to get the same deal you guys gave. So I wanted to say thank you and ill be telling all my Friends and family were to get there's next year!
