The tube in the middle is a HOLDER you stick it in the ground and put your Roman Candle in it to light

Horrible. Don't buy. Only 5 wimpy shots, and huge tubes,
Plus some 1-1/4" tube stuffed down the middle for packing. Good perceived value for retailers maybe... avoid if you want to shoot it though.
